Description

Raw data used to create tables and graphs for publication about the distribution of microplastics found in community gardens throughout the city of Haifa. Includes raw .CSVs and .xlsx used in analysis.

Steps to reproduce

The CSVs and XLSX folder contains the python codes and raw data used to produce the figures presented int he article. The NMDS and correlation folder contains the R codes and raw data used for those codes to present the statistical analysis used in section 3.3 of the paper. Other files include master files on particle data and overall sampling data from the project, along with garden meta data presented in the introduction and FTIR analysis results for all particles identified.
