Description

This data set serves as a supplementary document for the study: “On the complex causal relationship of social media roles in emergency preparedness against COVID-19.” It contains results from an expert survey conducted in the Philippines. The survey intends to draw information from experts on the causal relationship of social media roles (SMRs) obtained from the literature. The survey results were processed using the Fuzzy DEMATEL in conjunction with the Analytic Network Process (ANP) methodology. The formula in the .XLXS file may be used for data reproducibility or computational traceability, so the steps to reproduce are not detailed herewith.
