The MIO (MicroRNA Target Analysis System for Immuno-Oncology) dataset is a vital resource for immuno-oncology research. It offers 40 microRNA target prediction tools, curated immune-related gene and microRNA signatures, and processed TCGA data, including estimates of immune cell infiltration and the immunophenoscore.
