Description

Accessibility to health care is essential in the understanding of resource allocations to vulnerable populations. This map explores how many long-term care facilities (rehabilitation centers for those of age) are within 1 mile distance of a hospital with an emergency room. With this map, we also wanted to include the population of those that are disabled to better understand the relationship between health care and vulnerable populations within the state of New Jersey.
