The XXX Bakery and Confectionery in Abeokuta, Southwest Nigeria, provided the data for this study. Customers can choose from a wide variety of confections because the company produces a variety of sweets and baked goods. Pastries come in a variety of tastes, including vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, chicken pizza, chicken pie sausages, bread, and sponge cakes. The products are basically broken down into six main price ranges and come in a variety of sizes and shapes. The demand for certain products does, however, fluctuate. For easy data collection and analysis, the data produced from sales is translated into a consistent size. The generated data will be used to choose a reliable forecasting model. The information was gathered over the course of 128 days (24 weeks). The information was gathered manually rather than through a national scientific data sharing platform.
