Description

The dataset contains the experimental and fitted adsorption isotherm datasets of amoxicillin, ampicillin, and doripenem onto bentonite obtained from batch adsorption experiments across 30 to 50 C. The dataset showcases adsorption performances of antibiotics on bentonite and allows comparison between various isotherm models to provide further insights onto the adsorption behaviors.

Steps to reproduce

Batch adsorption experiments were performed across three different temperatures at 30-50 C using varying dosage of bentonite on specified concentration of single antibiotic solution. Adsorption isotherm dataset were obtained by measuring the equilibrium concentration of antibiotic solution using UV-Vis spectrophotometer. MATLAB was used in the fitting procedure with various isotherm models using orthogonal regression method.
