This is a longitudinal project using diffusion MRI (DTI and FBA) across different ages in the zQ175DN HET mouse model of Huntington's disease and age-matched wildtype littermates. Additionally, ex vivo Luxol Fast Blue (LFB) staining on brain tissue and blood plasma Neurofilament Light (NfL) chain protein quantification was performed. This data set has been used in the following publication: "Diffusion MRI marks progressive alterations in fiber integrity in the zQ175DN mouse model of Huntington’s disease" by Vidas-Guscic et al. (2024).
