Description

IL-17 antibody could reduce the ACE2 expression in the lesion of psoriasis. Elevated ACE2 expression in the lesion of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. Elevated ACE2 expression in inflammatory skin disorders with barrier dysfunction mouse models and could be reduced by topical skin recovery moisture. S protein transmitted through the skin of inflammatory skin disorders with barrier dysfunction mouse models. SARS-COV-2 pseudovirus could be detected in the dermal and lung of mouse skin with inflammatory status and deteriorated skin barrier.
