This dataset contains the source data and underlying values for all figures and tables presented in the review article "Advances in Serum-Free Suspension Culture Technology for Animal Cells and Their Applications". The data support the analysis and conclusions drawn in the manuscript regarding the evolution of cell culture modes (e.g., monolayer, microcarrier, suspension) and suspension domestication methods for MDCK cells and other cell lines used in viral vaccine production.
