LLM-Based Sentiment Analysis for Public Transit Satisfaction Using Trip Chain Data

Description

This dataset was created for the study analyzing subway station level user satisfaction within the Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA). The goal is to classify stations based on users’ satisfaction levels (derived from sentiment scores) and identify key dissatisfaction factors, enabling policymakers to propose targeted service upgrades at each station.
