Sustainability is of great concern to every organization. Sustainability involves evaluating the functioning and positioning of an organization concerning environmental, quality, technical and health and security matters. In order for an organization to undertake sustainability, corporate social responsibility has to be one of the element in the organization’s policy. Sustainability is when a firm satisfies human needs and wants in the present generation without having an effect on the potential to satisfy future generations. With corporate social responsibility, firms has been instrumental in sustainable development. This paper gathered data on the contribution of corporate social responsibility to sustainable performance.
