PubMed searches were run on October 10, 2025 using the searches (("hidradenitis suppurativa") OR ("acne inversa")) AND (("secretase") OR ("PSEN1") OR ("PSEN2") OR ("NCSTN") OR ("PSENEN") OR ("APH1A") OR ("APH1B")) which gave 138 results, and (("hidradenitis") OR ("acne inversa") OR ("dermatologic")) AND (("nirogacestat") OR ("avagacestat") OR ("Begacestat") OR ("Itanapraced") OR ("Semagacestat") OR ("osugacestat") OR ("varegacestat") OR ("gamma secretase inhibitor")) which revealed 6 results, one of which was not included in first search. Citations were saved directly from pubmed into .txt files and compiled and converted to a PDF file.
