Aquatic Balance

The authors are designing a training program to enhance balance using the Aquatic/Hydro balance program.Several studies have elucidated the importance of aquatic exercises in developing balance. Most research studying aquatic sports exercises has highlighted their ability to improve aerobic and muscular capacity. However, few studies have measured changes in balance with aquatic aerobic activity. Studies emphasize the significance of using aquatic fitness exercises as physical therapy interventions to contribute to balance development. This indicates the effectiveness of training programs utilizing aquatic environments in developing both dynamic and static balance as a physical attribute for athletes in various sports activities.
