Description

The attached file allows model initialization and simulation in Simbiology and sbml format for the model described in Endothelial Cell Signaling and Patterning under hypoxia: a mechanistic integrative computational model including the Notch-Dll4 pathway.

Steps to reproduce

Open the .sbproj file on Matlab - Simbiology toolbox (version R2023b or later) and run on the Model Analyzer. Before simulating, please activate variants: Fit_nmx and Fit_hpx, for successful model reproduction. Set initial concentrations (e.g., variants V_stim_c1 and V_base_c2, or as wished) for simulations (Note that 0 VEGF (V) will result in negative values). For hypoxia simulations, activate variant Hypoxia x% (where x represents the O2 percentage). Remember to activate UnitConversion, as units of time and concentration might differ between species/parameters.
