The last Iranian elections, which were held on June 18, 2021 CE, came at a difficult time for the Iranian regime and its people due to the repercussions of the Corona pandemic and the resulting clear deterioration of all social, economic and political sectors of the state. The ongoing US sanctions, especially after the US administration's exit from the Iranian nuclear agreement, had a clear impact on the deterioration of the overall nerve on which the Iranian government relied in managing its internal and external crises.
