Description

The data deposited here include source files for graphics that are depicted in the publication: High-Throughput Repurposing Screen Reveals Compounds with Activity against Toxoplasma gondii Bradyzoites. https://doi.org/10.1021/acsinfecdis.4c00689. This article describes screening results for the Library of Pharacologically Active Compounds (LOPAC) We developed luciferase reporter lines, designed a HTS and screened against tachyzoite and bradyzoite forms. We eport the identification of inhibitors that are active against these different life cycle stages. The data are from lucierafase assay conduced either at single point or as dilutions series of compounds. Files include Prism and csv files for source data for graphics, replicate data for Table1, and plasmid maps for luciferase expression constructs.

The methods for generating the results are found in the associated paper in headings: Construction of Transgenic Parasites and Parasite Culture, In Vitro Assays for Host Cell Cytotoxicity, Ex Vivo Bradyzoite Assay. Statistical analyses were performed using Prism (Graphpad) and are described in the paper.
