This data was collected from patients at a single tertiary hospital who were tested for Homologous Recombinant Repair pathway genes, including BRCA1/2, and HR pathway defects. This data also includes the demographics of the patients, along with other variables such as family history, second primary cancers, hormone status (ER/PR), HER2 status, surgical treatments, lines of treatments, PARP inhibitor utilization, and response.

Steps to reproduce
A team of physicians and research staff collected this data for our retrospective research project. We collected the patient list from our laboratory department and scanned through each electronic medical record to extract the variables.
