Physiotherapy is underutilized in rural Haryana, despite its effectiveness in managing musculoskeletal conditions prevalent in the region. A survey of 370 adults aged 25-60 revealed low awareness, with only 58.65% knowing where physiotherapy clinics are located. While 81.35% received physiotherapy, only 63.78% believed in its effectiveness, highlighting the need for awareness campaigns. To bridge this gap, targeted community outreach programs integrating physiotherapy into primary healthcare systems are essential to improve accessibility and promote early referral, ultimately enhancing patient outcomes in rural communities.
