This file contains data extracted from studies included in a meta-analysis of meat reduction interventions. This includes: study characteristics (title, authors, publication year, publication status, country in which the intervention took place, N, average age of participants, method of allocation to experimental conditions), continuous and categorical moderators (proportion of male participants, exclusion of non-meat eaters, sample type, length of intervention, intervention strategy, length of follow up, outcome assessed, type of meat focused on, targeted / tailored and study design), and statistics necessary for effect size calculations (e.g., means, standard deviations, group sizes) for each study.
