Multi label classification is a classification that solve the problem of availabilty of more than disease at once. so the cut flower disease was collected at the field by camera of 64mpx and labeled or annotated by the pathologist.

Steps to reproduce
collect the image, label by using LabelImg tool, convert pascal vo to .CSV file then generate Train record and test record by splitting the base file finally finally add one column line manually depend up on 0 and 1 under class of a disease
