Description

These data were generated in order to look at the edits produced by CRISPR treatment for HIV at the gene level. This supplements the publication 10.1016/j.ebiom.2021.103678 The data includes Flow cytometry raw fcs files, sanger traces and results.

Steps to reproduce

Cells were stained for flow cytometry. DNA was isolated from CRISPR treated cells. The results can be reproduced by going into https://ice.synthego.com/ and then uploading the files.
