The datasets contained herein were used to produce the figures and analysis presented in "Global seasonal variations of Martian atmospheric pressure and density from Mars Climate Sounder" by Wu et al. All files are NetCDF formatted.

Steps to reproduce
multiMY: multiple Mars years (MY) from MY 28 to MY 36; T: Mars climate sounder (MCS) tempeature; dust: MCS dust opacity; pr: MCS pressure and derived density; day: data duing daytime at ~3 pm; night: data duing nighttime at ~3 am; diff: data of the difference between daytime and nighttime; avg: data of the average between daytime and nighttime; nc: netcdf format file. For example, multiMYpr_night.nc stores the nighttime data of the MCS pressure and derived density from MY 28 to MY 36. In each file, the data is stored in a 4 dimensional variable as a function of Mars year (11), solar longitude (360), latitude (36) and altitude above the areoid (125). The other 4 dimensional variable ending in “30” is the data minus the weakest year, MY 30. The procedure for creating figures is detailed in the paper of the same name as this repository.
