Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were subjected to peripheral immunphenotyping using an extended mass cytometry panel on a Helios instrument. Randomized and normalized FCS files were uploaded to the Cytobank analysis platform (Beckman Coulter). Exclusion of normalization beads, dead cells, debris, doublets and manual debarcoding were performed and resultant fcs files are deposited.
