Steps to reproduce

Using the CMS Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) look-up tool, which contains reimbursement for HCPCS codes through time, reimbursement rates for the desired Health Care Procedure Coding System Codes are queried and tabulated for the years 2011-2021. These nominal reimbursements are then converted to real 2021 dollars using the healthcare consumer price index.
