Description

These data include: 1. The UCSF NMR files for the high pressure NMR experiments at pH 6.5 and 5.5 2. The intensity values vs pressure for the imino proton peaks for the quantified G and U bases 3. The background-corrected high pressure SAXS at pH 6.5 4. The configurations from REMD simulations used in the Ensemble Optimization Modeling of the SAXS data. These data are given in the tranches of Q-values into which the configurations were subdivided.
