Description

Label-free proteomics datasets (excel files) of sorted mouse astrocytes with or without injury, in wild-type, Mfn2cKO or Mfn1cKO background (for details, see Goebel et al., 2020). - Comparison of FACS-enriched astrocytes from uninjured and injured wild-type mice at different time points; - Comparison of MACS-enriched resting astrocytes from uninjured wild-type and astrocyte-specific Mfn2cKO mice; - Comparison of FACS-enriched astrocytes from injured wild-type, astrocyte-specific Mfn2cKO and astrocyte-specific Mfn1cKOmice; - Comparison of FACS-enriched astrocytes from injured wild-type and astrocyte-specific Mfn1cKOmice - used to assess Mfn2 changes following Mfn1 deletion.
