Trophic and phylogenetic structure of the craniomandibular shape in Paraguayan bat communities. Database and phylogenetic tree used
Description
The data used for the article is currently under review. The objective of this study was to evaluate the ecological and phylogenetic signal in the craniomandibular morphology of a set of bat species present in four ecoregions of Paraguay. A total of 711 specimens, corresponding to a total of 27 genera and 42 species belonging to four bat families recorded for Paraguay were analyzed using geometric morphometric, with images lateral view of the mandible (n = 708) and the lateral view of the cranium (n = 690).

Steps to reproduce
For the two-dimentional geometric morphometric protocol, images of the lateral view of the mandible (n = 708) and the lateral view of the cranium (n = 690) were obtained with a Canon EOS Rebel T7 digital camera. The phylogeny used in this study was based on the Vertlife tree by Upham et al. (2019), available at https://vertlife.org/. From the set of mammalian trees, 100 trees were derived representing the bat species studied.
