This dataset was derived from a cross-sectional descriptive study conducted between June and July 2025 with 124 perimenopausal women aged 40–50 years in Türkiye. Data were collected through an online survey using Google Forms and include sociodemographic, reproductive, and obstetric characteristics. The dataset contains variables such as age, education level, employment status, income, parity, number of pregnancies and living children, miscarriage and curettage history, mode of delivery, childbirth complications, contraceptive use, fertility intentions, and fear of unintended pregnancy. Fear of unintended pregnancy was assessed using a single self-report item (Yes/No). In addition, responses to the Turkish version of the Sexual Quality of Life-Female (SQOL-F) scale are included. All survey questions were mandatory; therefore, the dataset contains no missing data. Data are fully anonymized and contain no personally identifiable information. The dataset is suitable for secondary analyses related to sexual health, reproductive concerns, and quality of life among perimenopausal women.
