This study aims to examine how AI system qualities (Perceived anthropomorhism, intelligence and interactivity) influence undergraduate students’ behavioral intention to use AI by considering individual characteristic factors such as AI self-efficacy and trust within the Stimulus–Organism–Response (SOR) framework.
