This dataset contains the code, analytical inputs, reference files, derived tables, and figures used to analyze BCL11A binding in HUDEP-2 cells. The workflows include extraction of ChIP-seq and CUT&RUN peak sequences, exact strand-aware counting of TGNCCA motifs, replicate-specific observed/expected motif enrichment analysis, mapping of BCL11A peaks and motifs to 44 experimentally validated BCL11A-repressed genes, and chromosome-level analyses of target-gene distribution and BCL11A peak density. The deposited package includes Python and R workflows, rendered HTML reports, accepted output tables and figures, and the reference data required to reproduce the analyses.
