The proposed study is planned on a spore forming probiotic B. clausii 088AE for its ability to induce immune system by modulating a series of inflammatory markers and immune cells in allergic rhinitis. The present study highlights the efficacy and safety of B. clausii 088AE and demonstrate its immunomodulatory effect in acute allergic rhinitis.
