Experimental data for the article titled "A Catalysis-Driven Artificial Molecular Pump" by Amano et al. This work describes the autonomous pump that takes macrocycles from the bulk solution on to the thread part driven by the catalytic decomposition of the chemical fuel, Fmoc nitrophenol, into dibenzofulvene, carbon dioxide and 4-nitrophenol.
