This dataset is designed to assess various aspects related to the usage and perception of Institutional ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. It provides valuable insights into user experiences, satisfaction levels, and system effectiveness. The dataset includes the following parameters: Usage of Institutional ERP: Indicates whether respondents are utilizing the institutional ERP or a similar system. Data Availability: Determines if users are obtaining the required data from the ERP system. Understanding of Generated Information: Assesses the ease of understanding information generated by the ERP system. Data Format: Identifies the formats in which required data/reports are generated (e.g., PDF, Excel, graphs). Hierarchy of Data Availability: Explores the existence of data availability hierarchy and user-level categories (e.g., Faculty level, HoD level). User-Friendliness: Evaluates the system's user-friendliness and ease of use. Improvement Needs: Determines if there's a need to enhance display or language within the ERP system. Loading Time: Estimates the expected time for each page of the system to load. Accessibility: Assesses if the ERP system should be accessible from any location outside the institutional campus. Availability: Determines if the ERP system should be available 24*7. Technical Support: Evaluates the empathy and timeliness of response from technical support staff. Online Assistance Requirement: Explores the necessity of online assistance or help desk support. Infrastructure Adequacy: Assesses if the system infrastructure adequately fulfills user requirements. Data Quality: Evaluates the sincerity, genuineness, and confidentiality of data. Response Quality: Rates the quality of responses and assistance provided by the ERP system. Overall Experience: Allows users to rate their overall experience working with the ERP system. Effectiveness and Efficiency: Assesses the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the ERP system. User Comfort and Satisfaction: Rates the level of user comfort and satisfaction with the ERP system. Report Generation Quality: Rates the quality of information and report generation through the ERP system. User Interface Usability: Evaluates the usability and effectiveness of user interfaces within the ERP system. ERP Aesthetic: Rates the appearance, color combination, and overall aesthetic of screens within the ERP system. Timely Assistance: Rates the timeliness of assistance and support provided by the ERP team. Preferred Training Mode: Identifies preferred modes of training for system usage. These parameters collectively offer valuable insights into user experiences, satisfaction levels, and areas for improvement within Institutional ERP systems.
