Description

Objective: To investigate: (1) whether changes in the focus of attention would lead to changes in the levels of self-referential emotion of shame, self-criticism, and negative self-evaluations; and (2) whether self-criticism moderates the relationship between self-focused attention and self-referential emotion of shame.
