Safety of IL-17A inhibitors in 306 psoriasis patients with or without latent tuberculosis

Description

The research results found that after 48 weeks of IL-17A inhibitor treatment, IFN - γ levels in psoriasis patients increased compared to baseline. Adequate prophylactic anti tuberculosis treatment for LTBI patients can help prevent an increase in IFN - γ levels and did not affect the efficacy and safety of IL-17A inhibitors.
