fMRI experiment in 11 male and 9 female European starlings (Sturnus vulgaris) once in the breeding and once in the non-breeding season. Stimulus used were begging calls, conspecific warble motifs and artificial pure tones. fMRI timeseries was acquired using a randomized block design on a 7T MRI scanner. fMRI data are provided in the nifti format.
