Description

The goal of the experiment was to profile the changes in gene expression after treatment with KPT-9274 in different cell fractions of OCI-AML-21. Three different cell fractions were sorted: 1) CD34+/CD38-, 2) CD34+/CD38+, and 3) CD34-/CD38+. The fractions were then treated with DMSO (vehicle control) or KPT-9274 at 1.5uM for 48 hours. Total RNA from each sample was isolated and subjected to RNA sequencing analysis. Processed FKPM data are included in the dataset. Three experimental replicates per group.
