We included all of the original code used for our article entitled "A disinhibition-based integrated circuit model of decision making". It contains the core functions of the dynamic models, all of the code used for generating the figures in the article, and the code used to fit the empirical data on a high-performance cluster. We suggest someone interested to follow the ./MakingFigures/Main.m code to organize these materials. This code kept the same order of the contents as we reported in the article.
