This part covers the collected data for performing the technique Particle Tracking Velocimetry (PTV). The subfolders contain raw images in format .tiff for both cases, images showing the particles' detection after running the pertinent Matlab code, and the tracking of particles along all images. Additionally, MatLab codes are provided to generate data of particle detection and tracking.

Steps to reproduce
1. Ajust the pre-processing parameters depending on the images. The user should use the same parameters shown in the Matlab script contained in the folder MatLab Codes. 2. Run ptv_dots_detection script. 3. Run ptv_dots_tracking script.
