Description

This repository contains the anonymized empirical data and computational materials supporting the study. The dataset includes semi-structured interview responses, participant evaluation data, Kano Model assessments, DEMATEL and DEMATEL-based ANP (DANP) calculations at the main-criterion and sub-criterion levels, TOPSIS, VIKOR, and PROMETHEE II ranking analyses, and Spearman rank-order correlation calculations. These materials are provided to enhance transparency, traceability, and reproducibility of the methodological and empirical analyses reported in the article.
