Although the function of a TF is determined by its tertiary structure, which is influenced by its amino acid sequence. A total 57 WRKY TF were identified in the plant. Biocomputational approaches used to analyze the physicochemical properties of WRKY transcription factor proteins of grapes. In order to characterize the physiochemical properties of TFs, six parameters have been selected: peptide length, Aromaticity, GRAVY, isoelectric point (pI), Molecular weight, and Instability Index. The physiochemical properties of peptide sequences open a new strategy for reagent design and also helps to develop a bioinformatics tool to guide peptide synthesis.
