Description

The data shows how qualities of future event simulation relate to a] anxiety for the event and b] mood state (symptoms of generalised anxiety and depression). The data set comprises the following variables: Condition (1 = Positive instruction) Demographic information (age, ethnicity, number of months pregnant, number of babies expected, method of delivery) Mood measures (GAD-7, PHQ-9) Simulation 1 (imagining the birth) measures: (Anxiety prior to simulation; level of detail, coherence, anxiety post simulation; positive emotions, negative emotions, sensory details) Simulation 2 (first day with baby) measures ( as above)
