Description

Time-resolved single-cell RNA seq data (10x 3' Single cell solution, chemistry versions 2 and 3) of myeloid cells (separated by resident and infiltrating) collected from mouse models of contusion spinal cord injury (SCI) at 1-21 days post-injury. From this data, we dentified a novel subpopulation of foam cell-like inflammatory myeloid cells that display an increased expression of Fatty Acid Binding Protein 5 (Fabp5) and comprise both central nervous system-resident and -infiltrating cells post-SCI. Data provided as a single cell experiment object, which can be loaded into an R environment.
