Steps to reproduce
The cellpose model CP_20220523_104016 is intended for wild-type THP-1 cells differentiated with PMA (50 ng/mL) for 2 days followed by a 2-day resting. If the investigator's cells exhibit morphological differences from those used in this study, a new model should be trained from scratch in accordance with Cellpose’s guidelines. The parameters in the code must be customized by each user prior to execution. This includes adjusting the file path, file name, and certain mathematical parameters.
