Description

The axial response curves of the confocal microscopy and the divided-aperture differential confocal microscopy were analyzed and compared under the influence of background noise.The probing ability of the divided-aperture differential confocal microscopy was evaluated using goodness-of-fit when the sample was at different tilting angles.
