Relevanz diverser Faktoren bei der Wahl einer Arbeitsstelle- eine empirische Studie

The dataset is based on a empirical survey focused on several factors which are important to employees by choosing their workplace. At this the interviewee had to give numbers from 0 to 10 where 0 is not important at all and 10 is really important. Besides the average value of the given answers we also regarded the variance. According to these results we could rank the ten factors, whereas 1 ist the most important one and 10 the most unimportant according to the interviewees.


Steps to reproduce

To implement the survey we used special computersystems to save the data immediatly while the interviewees did the ranking.
