Data was collected to answer the following research questions: What are the factors affecting digital resilience in the post-Covid area? More specifically, it aims to explore the extent to which workers' productivity and performance during remote working is a critical factor and positively contributed to foster their post-COVID resilience. Factors such as digital self-efficacy, adaptability, and perceived organizational support were also explored to assess their potential impact on either digital resilience or perceived online workers productivity. Data was collected through a survey launched between July and September 2023 and administered online by mail and social media. 204 respondents. All variables are latent variables and were measured through item wordings and based on a five-points Lickert scale. Items and item wordings are as follows: -Post-COVID Digital resilience (DR): After the Covid-19 pandemic, if another crisis occurs and forces me back to remote working, I do not anticipate any difficulties adjusting to the new working conditions After the Covid-19 pandemic, if another crisis occurs and forces me back to remote working, I can maintain a similar or higher level of productivity After the COVID-19 pandemic, if another crisis occurs and forces me back to remote working, I can meet all requirements easily Adaptability (Adapt) During Covid-19 and the work-from-home context, it was easy for me to cope with the new situation During COVID-19 and the work-from-home context, I successfully accommodated the new working condition During Covid-19 and the work-from-home context, I had no major difficulty adapting to the new working condition Perceived Remote Work Productivity (RWE) During Covid-19 and remote working, I could maintain a high level of productivity During COVID-19 and remote working, I could perform efficiently the required tasks During Covid-19 and remote working, I did not feel any tension at work Digital self-efficacy (DSE) I feel proficient at using digital technologies I have the necessary skills to use digital technologies I can easily perform any task using digital technologies I have profound skills in using digital tools to collaborate with others Perceived organizational support (POR) The managers in my organization encourage all employees to embrace digital transformation as a chance The managers in my organization promote digital transformation with full effort The managers in my organization provide employees with all the resources to be able to derive the best benefits from the digital transformation For successful digital transformation, my organization has the appropriate organizational structure Several demographic control variables were also collected such as : age, gender, marital status, number of children, highest educational degree, role/position in the company, perception of task complexity, perception of tasks performed digitaly before lockdown and current country of residence.
