These proteomic data were acquired using a data-independent acquisition (DIA) approach on tryptic peptides from eight Streptococcus agalactiae isolates (three ST103 and five ST283) obtained from humans, fish, and buffaloes in Malaysia. Mass spectrometry was performed using a Waters Xevo G3 QTOF mass spectrometer (Waters, Milford, Massachusetts, USA), and data processing was carried out with Progenesis QI for Proteomics (QIP) version 4.2 (Nonlinear Dynamics, Newcastle, UK).
