The extension of land that we sought to observe belongs to the area of influence of the Eddy Covariance System (around 7.5 ha), installed in a dry tropical forest in secondary ecological succession (27.00598005º N and -108.77913821º W) within El Area Natural Protegida Sierra de Alamos-Rio Cuchujaqui, Sonora, Mexico.

Steps to reproduce
To obtain the image datasets using a Phantom 4 Multispectral UAV. The UAV was programmed with its native application (DJI GS Pro) to execute an automated mission that flew over the area of influence of the Eddy Covariance System installed in the secondary tropical dry forest.
