Description

The data was collected through Work-Life Balance questionnaires. The data is divided into work-life balance (WLB), work enhancement personal life (WEPL) and work interference personal life (WIPL). Closed questions were used in this questionnaire. For WLB and WEPL, a 7-point Likert scale is utilised, where 1 = strongly disagree, 2 = disagree, 3 = somewhat disagree, 4 = neither agree nor disagree, 5 = somewhat agree, 6 = agree and 7 = strongly agree. For WIPL, a 7-point Likert scale is utilised, where 1 = strongly agree, 2 = agree, 3 = somewhat agree, 4 = neither agree nor disagree, 5 = somewhat disagree, 6 = agree and 7 = strongly disagree. The data can be used to generate the score for WLB, WEPL and WIPL by types of clusters - occupation groups and working units to monitor the output level and craft for work life balance intervention program.
